Pigtails, cheerio swiping, swinging and looking pretty :)

Yay! A great week was had by all the Whidden clan! Everyone has felt great, everyone has gotten adequate amounts of sleep, and lots of playing has taken place :)

More construction is taking place with Reese's play hut. Marshall and Papa David worked on the swing element yesterday. It's looking SO awesome, and I know the girls will love swinging once it's complete. We took the girls down to the garden again yesterday afternoon to ride the golf cart and swing. We tried to swim, but since it hasn't been blazing hot lately, the water is starting to cool off. Reese stuck her feet in and jumped right out :) It still feels good, but it's cool enough that you either have to spend half an hour inching yourself in or just dive in all at once. I'm an incher; Marshall's a diver. Reese is somewhere in between...but yesterday she was an incher :)

The latest thing going on in our house is deafness! Let me explain...and all the grandmas should know exactly what I'm talking about :) Reese has always had this VERY shrill, high-pitch squeal that she does at random times, mostly when you least expect it. Well, guess who likes to imitate her? Yes, Paige...and now they are bascially having squealing contests to see who can be the loudest. Paige even started it first thing this morning as I was changing her diaper and everyone else was still asleep! My left ear is seriously losing some of its ability to hear...these squeals could shatter glass! I've got to get this on video.

Anyway, here are the week's pictures...enjoy!

Trying out piggy tails again...so cute!

Wow--Reese is such beautiful child, with lovely features like her pretty little eyes and gorgeous blond hair. I'm sure she'll be a stunning young woman someday. Congratulations
