Goodbye April, Hello May

Finally...a week of heatlhy children! Whatever it was is now gone, thank goodness. Reese had a good week at school and Paige had a good week at home. Reese is already tan just from playing outside at school during the week! Her skin is so pretty and every color looks beautiful on her. Paige and I spent more time outside this week because it was just too pretty not to. She loves relaxing in the wagon and will sit there and let me pull her around the patio. I think she'd stay in there all day if I kept it moving!

Anyway, it was a rather uneventful week, which I like. That means everyone is doing well...and no trips to the doctor! I'll take that any day.

Friday after school, Reese was running through the dining room and tripped...she hit her forehead on the floor and got this horrible bump. It scared me to death because it started swelling immediately. After a few minutes of crying, she was back to normal. I, however, was not. I called her doctor and he told me what to look out for. I think it looked worse than it actually was. Two days later, it's still big and purple, but not nearly as swollen. My poor girl seems to have a constant bruise on her little forehead :(
